ASTROMAL Ltd. since 1980 specializes in designing and production of polyester–glass laminated products for vehicles of the public transport (city buses and coaches, trams, rail buses , the underground, passenger trailers), utilizable vehicles and passenger seats. 
We have our own R&D Department and section for preparing production which offer designing from the initial draft, through making models (in scale 1:5 and 1:1) and moulds, up to manufacturing serial products. The company has employed about 200 workers and reached around 7500 sqm.
Our products are made according to several European and World-wide association norms, inter alia : UE 95/28/EC directive, DIN 5510-2, UIC 564-2 card. EKG 80, PN-K-02511 : 2000, PN-92/K-02502 regulation.
Astromal owns the certificates confirming functionality of INTEGRATED SYSTEM OF MANAGING THE QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT, basing on standards EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004. We offer:
- Polyester body elements such as front and rear walls, roofs, dashboards, drivers cabs, side locker covers , bumpers, inner fittings, internal of the wheelhousing with profiled passenger seats, toilet booths for public transportation.
- Polyester body elements for tractors, combines and agricultural machines.
- Passenger seats for the public transportation vehicles, including so called "vandal-proof " version.
- Driver seats.
- Mudguards, tool boxes, fire-extinguisher boxes, polyethylene water tanks and side protection for commercial vehicles, lorries, tractors, trailers and semi-trailers,
- Bumpers, roof spoilers and fairings for commercial vehicles, lorries and tractors.
- Stadium seats designed fo sport facilities, bus stops and tramway stops,.
- Sanitary products :WC cabins, showercabins, urinals etc.
- Ecological products:, bins, water tanks, fecal containers, sand boxes, etc
- Elements for playgrounds, such as swings, slides, basketball boards and elements for amusement parks,
- Different elements for speedway and other motorcycles, such as : mudgguards and different kinds of fairings.
